Exchange, refund  & cancellation policy – studio RANA

Class cards / drop ins (weekly classes)

We offer single class drop ins, 5 & 10 class cards.

• Single class drop in is valid for 6 months from purchase date
• 5 & 10 class cards are valid for 12 months from purchase date
• Drop-ins, 5 & 10 class cards can be used to book classes in-studio or for online participation
• Classes can be booked until 1 min before starting time.
• Cancellation window is 1 hour! If you cancel earlier than an hour of starting time of class, you receive the class credit back, if you cancel later you loose the class credit.
• We do not offer refund for purchased drop-ins, 5 or 10 class cards.

Events (Monthly Masterclass, Kirtan, Workshops etc.)

At some events we offer tea, raw-cake or other prepared foods, that has been purchased and prepared days in advance and therefor the following policy is set in place.

• We do not offer any refunds for purchased event tickets.
• Exchange to other events, drop in or class card is possible if request is made earlier than 48 hours before event start time. The request has to be sent to hej.studiorana@gmail.com.
• If you find out later that you are unable to make it, we recommend you try to pass on your ticket to someone else. If successful with a transfer, please email us with the updated info about who is participating with the purchased ticket.

We try out best to give our students flexibility with how they participate in our classes and events. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, quality, dependency and well-planned- and prepared practice experiences that we can all enjoy together. We appreciate your understanding.

How to find your receipt/invoice:

All invoices is generated automatically with purchases via momoyoga software (the scheduling and payment software program that you signed up through our website).

Here is how you find your invoice:

– Log into your profile on momoyoga

– Click “My Bookings and orders” and in that section you find “past orders”

– Here you can view and download your invoice
